Promising former amateur standout Kevin Jake Cataraja continued his winning ways with an easy 4th round TKO smashing the over-matched Thai youngster Chatchai Or Benjamas, dropping the 24 year old three times en route to a 4th round TKO at 14 seconds.
In the eight round junior flyweight clash the 21 year old Cataraja who sometimes spars with WBO light flyweight champion Donnie Nietes, hammered the Thai whose real name is Wangchai Nianghansa, sending him to the canvas in the dying seconds of the 2nd round and another knockdown at the end of the third which the referee declined to rule a knockdown since it happened right after the bell ending the end of round three.
But Cataraja who had ripped into the Thai with deadly body shots and nailed him with shots to the head which forced the referee to call a halt at 14 seconds of the round when it should have been halted earlier as the Thai was no match for KJ.
With the win Cataraja moved to 4-0 with 3 knockouts while Chatchai Or Benjamas dropped to a poor 5-8 with 4 knockouts.
The referee signals Cataraja to go to a neutral corner as Cataraja's Thai opponent tries to get up.
