A one hour special featuring the title defense of the longest reigning Filipino world champion Donnie Nietes who defends his WBO light flyweight title against Mexico?s Raul ?Rayito? Garcia, the identical twin brother of Raul Gracia Hirales from whom Nietes won the vacant title on October 10, 2011, will be telecast on the top-rating Viva Sports program ?The Main Event? on Pinoy Box Office (PBO)/Sky Cable at 8:30 tonight with a replay at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday.

?Rayito? Garcia is determined to avenge the loss of his twin brother to Nietes some four years and seven months ago at the very same St. La Salle Coliseum in Bacolod City on May 28 in what was a much closer contest than the judges scores indicated with American judges Carlos Ortiz Jr turning in a 117-110 scorecard and Lisa Giampa 118-110. Filipino judge Danrex Tapdasan had it much closer for Nietes at 115-113.

Filipino fight fans will get an opportunity to size up Garcia when we present highlights of his fights against former WBC Silver champion Sammy Gutierrez, Nietes? mandatory challenger Moises Fuentes and South Africa?s Nkosinathi Joyi.

The Nietes-?Rayito? Garcia showdown titled ?The Making Of A Legend? on the eminently successful ?Pinoy Pride? series will be telecast ?live? on pay-per-view over ABS-CBN?s Sky Cable and on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. on May 29 on Channel 2.
