UNDEFEATED Romero ?Ruthless? Duno and Rimar ?Terminator? Metuda both from the Sanman Promotions of General Santos City are fighting in Russia for separate title-fights on May 6 at the DIVS in Ekaterinburg, Russia.

Duno (9W-8KOs) takes on undefeated Russian Mikhail Alexeev (7W-0L-0D-3KOs) for the WBO Intercontinental super featherweight crown while Metuda (10W-5KOs) will face Mark Urvanov (6W-1L-0D-3KOs) for the World Boxing Organization (WBO) Intercontinental Youth featherweight title while Romero ?Ruthless?

?Both of them are fighting young and talented Russian fighters,? said Sanman Promotions chief executive officer Jim Claude ?JC? Manangquil.

?The fights are very evenly match. But we are hoping both Duno and Metuda will bring home the belts,? said Mananquil.

German Titov is the promoter.

Duno and Metuda have been training already for six weeks and will leave for Russia on April 30 together with their manager Dexter ?Wangyu? Tan, chief finance officer of Sanman.

?Both Romero Duno and Metuda are in well condition. They trained hard for these fights,? Manangquil said.

The 22-year old Metuda had previously won by a 2nd round knockout against Joel Hecotibo last March 8 in T'Boli, South Cotabato. He also earlier took the vacant WBF Asia Pacific featherweight title via a 5th round TKO win over Jason Tinampay last September 26, 2015 in Gensan.

Metuda?s opponent Urvanov last won by a unanimous decision over Alexey Shorokhov to pocket the vacant Russia featherweight title last February 27 at the Arena in Ekaterinburg, Russia.

Duno, 20, on the other hand, recently captured the Philippine Boxing Federation (PBF) super featherweight crown by stopping Jason Egera in the 8th round last February 13 at the Gaisano Mall Gensan.

His Russian foe Alexeev stopped Evgeny Tarabukin in the 3rd round last March 5 at the Sports Palace in Beloyarsky. ? LITO DELOS REYES
