TWO very promising boxers from the Sanman Boxing Stable have started training with the Hall of Fame Freddie Roach in General Santos City yesterday.

Newly-crowned Philippine Boxing Federation (PBF) super featherweight champion Romero ?Ruthless? Duno and fellow undefeated Reymart ?Assassin? Gaballo were trained by Roach at the Wild Card Gym in Gensan.

Sanman Promotions Chief Finance Officer Dexter "Wangyu" Tan said the training sessions will only be for a couple of sessions only.
?And also only if Roach is not training Manny Pacquiao? said Tan.
Roach is currently training Pacquiao for his slated fight with American Timothy Bradley on April 9 in Las Vegas, USA.

Both Duno and Gaballo were impressed on how they were trained by Roach.

?Maski kadali ug karon lang me nag-praktis. Daghan na ko na hibawan sa iyaha. Siya na dyud ang pinaka the best trainer sa kalibutan,? said Duno (9 wins, 0 loss, 0 draw, 8 Kos).

Gaballo, on the other hand, said: ?Gitudluan ko niya ug daghan techniques. Mao dyud ni akong damgo na ma-train ni Coach Freddie Roach.?

Duno, 20 recently stopped the veteran Jason Egera of Cebu by a technical knockout in the 8th round to bag the vacant PBF super featherweight title last Feb. 13 at the Gaisano Mall Atrium in Gensan.

Gaballo, 19 also knocked out Bryan Samson of Cebu in 1:28 of the first round in the undercard to improve his record to 12 straights wins with 10 knockouts and no loss or draw. ? LITO DELOS REYES
