UNDEFEATED Genesis Libranza of MP Davao Stable will fight Renerio ?Amazing? Arizala of Manila on December 19 at the Panabo Gym in Panabo City.

The 10-round fight is the main event in the second staging of Blow by Blow Reloaded of 8-time division world champion Manny Pacquiao.

The inaugural promotion was held early this month at the Oval gym of General Santos City.

The 22-year old Libranza, a native of Bayugan, Agusan del Sur, won all his eight fights, five by knockouts. He previously beat Michael Rodriguez by a unanimous decision last Sept. 6 at Labangal gym in General Santos City.

Arizala (13-2-1), a native of Masbate, won his last fight via a technical decision against Romnick Magos last July 31 at the Cuneta Astrodome in Pasay City.

Magos was downed once in Round 2 and suffered a severe cut on his right eyebrow due to an accidental headbutt. Referee Danrex Tapdasan stopped the fight in the 5th round upon the advice of the ring physician.

The 21-year old Arizala won the vacant LuzProba flyweight title by a unanimous decision against JC Francisco on May 25, 2014 in Rizal.

But he lost to Ardin Diale by a 4th round TKO in their battle for the Philippine flyweight crown last October 4, 2014 in Batangas. He also bowed to Japanese Toshiyuki Igarashi by a UD on June 6, 2015 at the Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan.

A public weigh-in is set today (Dec. 18) at 11 a.m. at the mezzanine floor of the Royal Mandaya Hotel

A public weigh-in will be held at 11 a.m. Dec. 18 at the Royal Mandaya Hotel in Davao City.

Blow by Blow Reloaded promoter Lito Mondejar said the bouts in Panabo City have been carefully matched to ensure exciting encounters.

"This will really be a slugfest and we are doing this to live up to the reputation of Blow by Blow as the toughest competition for upcoming boxers," Mondejar said.

"Blow By Blow" is the same program that produced 8-division world champion Manny Pacquiao. "Blow by Blow Reloaded" fights will be aired over TV5 Sports at 2 p.m. every Sunday.
