Former five division world champion Nonito ?The Filipino Flash? Donaire is ready to ?box and give it all I?ve got? when he faces No.1 ranked WBO International super bantamweight No. 1 ranked Cesar Juarez in what has been billed as a title fight after the WBO stripped Guillermo Rigondeaux of the title for inactivity.

However, Rigondeaux has appealed the decision and WBO vice chairman for the Asia Pacific region Leon Panoncillo told the New Standard/boxingmirror.com that the outcome of the appeal will impact on whether the Donaire-Juarez showdown is a title fight or not.

In a wide-ranging interview with Boxing Scene, Dinaire said ?I?m going to give it all I?ve got . If its not safe for me, then I?m done.

Donaire credited his wife Rachel, a national taekwondo champion in the US, for his change in attitude towards boxing, conceding that in the past he didn?t give it his best shot.

He said ?my wife is very supportive. She?s a fighter herself and she tells me ?if you are going to continue the way you were going, you?ve done with boxing. I?m not going to support you. But then I told her I?m going to do it and she sees the difference in me and she supports me.?

Donaire said ?it's great to be able to have this opportunity again and I want to prove myself, mentally and physically in my performance. I want ti be able to prove.?

He admitted that a year ago he would have brushed it off with whatever but ?this time I care about it and I?m going to make the best out of it and I?m going to be world champion.?

Nonito?s father/trainer ?Dodong? Donaire told us that even in Puerto Rico where he attended a press conference with Felix Verdejo to promote the December fight card, his son sparred six rounds with Fidel Navarette of Indiana and indicated ?it was a great showing.?

He said ?Nonito showed speed, power, everything and was smart inside the ring. He doesn?t want to get hit which is our game plan similar to that of Floyd Mayweather Jr. While you can?t avoid getting hit our game plan is not to get hit a lot and to minimize it.?
