Ancajas.
Promising Jerwin Ancajas, the 23 year old southpaw from MP Promotions of eight division world champion Manny Pacquiao which is being run by Pacquiao?s adviser Michael Koncz and Joe Ramos, will fight undefeated McJoe Arroyo of Puerto Rico in Arroyo?s hometown on November 18.

Well-known trainer Nonoy Neri who works with Team Pacquiao said ?training has been good over the past three months since they were preparing for a title eliminator against Paul Butler who withdrew."

Neri said boxing man Sean Gibbons said Ancajas would go direct to a world title fight against Arroyo, an Olympian who won the vacant IBF world super flyweight title in a somewhat controversial 10th round technical decision after Villanueva was cut and the ringside doctor recommended a stoppage.

Neri revealed that the strong points of Ancajas was his ?movement, a god right hook, a quick straight jab and fine footwork.

A fighter from General Santos City, Ancajas trains at Neri?s Gym in Davao City and was described by the trainer as ?a very good boy who trains hard and has no attitude problems.?

He has been sparring with Aston Palicte who fights at the Solaire Casino on November 7 in an MP Promotions card as well as Fernando Lumacad.

Neri said ?we need to help our boxers? and indicated the support of Pacquiao and MP Promotions is a key to success.
