
?FLASH? ELORDE GRANDSONS SEE ACTION ON SEPTEMBER 12

The two grandsons of Hall of Famer Gabriel ?Flash? Elorde who reigned as world junior lightweight champion for almost seven-and-a-half years will see action against Indonesian opponents at the ?Flash? Elorde Grand Ballroom along Sucat Road, Paranaque on Saturday, September 12.
30 year old Juan Martin Elorde, the reigning WBO Asia featherweight champion who has a record of 17-1 with 7 knockouts will face Indonesia?s Yakobus Heluka who sports a record of 8-12-1 with one knockout.
Younger brother Juan Miguel Elorde who is 28 and is the current WBO Asia bantamweight champion and has a record of 18-1 with 9 knockouts will clash with Rasmanudin also of Indonesia, whose record is 19-10-3 with 10 knockouts.
Juan Martin, nicknamed ?Bai? is coming off a twelve round unanimous decision win over Hirotsugi Yamamoto of Japan last March 26 while Juan Miguel beat tough Tabthong Tor Buamas of Thailand last March 25.
The 28 year old Rasmanudin has a record of 19-10-3 with 10 knockouts and despite being a puncher lost by a 2nd round knockout to Ala Gym?s Roli Gasca in a scheduled eight round bout last July 11 after losing on March 27 to Thailand?s World Boxing Council No. 2 ranked Oleydong Sithsamerchai who has a record of 55-1-1 with 21 knockouts.
The Elorde brothers will figure in ten round non-title bouts in a card packed with some exciting match-ups and presented by Johnny Elorde Management International in cooperation with Rotary Club Manila 101 in a card titled Boxing Kontra Droga.
