ALBERT PAGARA AND ADONES AGUELO GRACE MAASIN CITY FIESTA BOXING

Prince Albert Pagara and Adones Aguelo were special guests during the Maasin City Fiesta Boxing at the City Gym last August 16, 2015.

Pagara, fresh from his one-round demolition of Mexican Jesus Chito Rios in Duel in Dubai II, was awarded the previous day and given a hero's welcome during the festival.

Aguelo came all the way from Australia where he battered Will Tomlison but lost a controversial hometown decision. He was awarded a due recognition for his heroic effort.

The results of professional bouts:

Jonathan Ricablanca of Bislig, Surigao del Sur won by split decision over Ryan Tampus of Bato Leyte by scores of 96-94, 96-94, 94-96 in the ten-round main event.

Jeffrey Stella of Phil-Australia Boxing Gym knocked out Tericito Pilo of Matalom, Leyte at 1:28:of the first round.

Rimon Rama of Phil-Aust Boxing Gym stopped Jaypee Payac of Matalom by first round KO at 2:30.

The results of the amateur bouts:

Daryl Ramos of Maasin won over Regino Yeke of Matalom by TKO.

Darvi Balbon of Malitbog dominated Jomar Castino of Padre Burgos by TKO.

Andy Poblete of Padre Burgos foiled Renerio Gabas of Maasin by TKO.

Rey Ragas of Maasin outscored Justine Piramide of Malitbog by unanimous decision.

David Maquiling triumphed over Narciso Rodriguez of Maasin by TKO.

Jose Jovy Entia of Maasin defeated Romulo Gutierrez by unanimous decision.

Christian Daganato of Maasin swept Alvin Gopio by unanimous decision.

Simon Arsula of Maasin ran away with unanimous decision over Josue Maquiling of Tomas Oppus.

Jerome Renegado stopped Rubi Batoy by TKO, all of Maasin.

Vincent Entia clinched a unanimous decision over Marwin Merano, all of Maasin.
