Former two division world champion Brian Viloria crushed Omar ?Lobito? Soto of Mexico in a rematch at the Florentine Gardens in Hollywood, California on Sunday, Manila Time.

Viloria who gave away 1.6 pounds in weight wasn?t bothered at all as he hammered Soto to the canvas three times in less than one minute before referee Zac Young called a halt at 2:02 of the very first round,

Before the scheduled ten round bout Viloria told the New Standard/boxingmirror.com ?my weight is fine, I?m feeling good and ready and everything is great.?

The former light flyweight and flyweight world champion is confident that he ?shouldn?t have a problem with Soto? recalling that in their first meeting he was ?coming off a long break? but that now he is ?coming off some great wins.?

Viloria said he has been in the gym staying in shape since January but has been ?training straight for two months.?

The clash with the 35 year old Soto is likely to show whether Viloria is ready for a rematch with Juan Francisco Estrada, the talented Mexican who captured Viloria?s WBO and WBA flyweight titles via a twelve round split decision in Macau on April 6, 2013.

Viloria told us that he wants to get by Soto first before thinking about Estrada although he has made it clear in the past that he wants a rematch with the tough Mexican.
