A SHORT FILM INSPIRED BY LEGENDARY WBC PRESIDENT DON JOSE SULAIMAN IN THE MAKING

A short film entitled ?The Flavor of Knuckles,? inspired by the life and achievements of legendary World Boxing Council president Don Jose Sulainan will be filmed in Ciudad Tamaulipas by Dante Silva, one of the persons who benefited with a grant from ITCA (Independent Television Companies Association) and Conaculta which is a government organization whose purpose is to encourage the production of quality films and create a culture film in society.

According to the WBC website ITCSA just announced that ?The Flavor of the Knuckles? is a short film inspired by the determination and triumphs? of the late WBC president ?who changed the face of boxing.?

The story portrays a young man ?who fought for excellence and achieved brilliance.?

It said ?the gem of a film instills universal values, desoires of building a better world and how to write a different and singular history in spite of adverse conditions.?

?Flavor of Knuckles? is regarded as ?a piece of work that describes the life of a great fighter for justice, from a real social perspective.?

The late Don Jose is the father of the current WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman who while continuing in the path laid down by his esteemed father is himself stamping is own identity in boxing.
