Former IBF light flyweight champion Johnreil Casimero, the mandatory challenger for the flyweight title currently held by Thailand?s Amnat Ruenroeng is ready to go after the Thai?s title and according to trainer Jhun Agrabio has three possible game-plans depending on how the champion decides to fight.

Agrabio told the New Standard/boxingmirror.com in an overseas telephone interview from Las Vegas where Casimero is winding down training, that Ruenroeng is known ?to throw one or two punches and then run.?

Agrabio said that should he resort to this tactic Casimero will chase him, catch him and hopefully take him out because the Filipino is a heavier puncher as shown by his record of 21-2 with 13 knockouts as against Ruenroeng?s tally of 15-0 with only 5 knockouts besides being 35 years and ten years older than Casimero.

However, he cautioned Casimero ?don?t complain? and told him to implement their game-plan.

Agrabio told us Casimero is ?ready more than ever? and is prepared ?to do his job. He sacrificed so much in training and its now up to him to deliver since he is in top physical and mental condition.?

The veteran trainer said he ?believes in Casimero? and that when he signed the fight contract he ?knew where we need to go.?

At the same time Agrabio said they are not bothered by the fact that Filipino Aljoe Jaro is training Runroeng and said ?we are happy for Aljoe. It?s a job for him and there?s nothing personal. We have no problem.?

Casimero lost his light flyweight title on the scales when he failed to make the weight against Mauricio Fuentes but proceeded to knock the Mexican out in the very first round in Makati City before he stunned Armando Santos with a 2nd round TKO in a title eliminator on December 13, 2014 to set up the title clash with Ruenroeng.

The Thai champion is a former Olympian who won the vacant title with a unanimous twelve round decision over then OPBF champion Rocky Fuentes of the ALA Gym in January 22, 2014 before scoring back-to-back split decisions in title defenses against Kazuto Ioka on May 7, 2014 in Osaka and McWilliams Arroyo of Puerto Rico on September 10, 2014 in Thailand.

In his last title defense against popular two-time Olympic gold medalist Zou Shiming of China, Ruenroeng won a twelve round unanimous decision in a fight where the champion used hit and run tactics effectively.
