Fight fans around the country who are unable to watch the ?Pinoy Pride 30? fight card at the Smart Araneta coliseum ?live? on Saturday can enjoy a pre-fight preview over Pinoy Box Office (PBO) on Sky Cable nationwide at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday.
The Viva Sports presentation on its top rated weekly boxing show ?The Main Event? will be an ideal build-up that will set the stage for the delayed telecast of the fights over ABS-CBN Channel 2 on Sunday at 10:15a.m.

The preview will provide boxing fans with a glimpse of Mexico?s Gilberto Parra, the opponent of longest reigning Filipino world champion Donnie ?Ahas? Nietes, the WBO light flyweight king, who has bragged he will end the reign of Nietes as world champion.
Parra boasts of an impressive record of 17 knockouts in 19 wins with just 2 setbacks.

Also included in the preview will be snippets of Brazil?s William Prado who will clash with five division world champion Nonito ?The Filipino Flash? who regards himself as ?a man on a mission,? determined to make a statement that he?s back following a painful 6th round TKO loss to the bigger and stronger WBA featherweight super champion Nicholas ?Axe Man? Walters in Carson, CA some months ago.

The show will provide fight fans with an assessment by trainer Edmund Villamor of the training and condition of Nietes and IBF Intercontinental junior featherweight champion Prince Albert Pagara who clashes with Mexican KO artist Rodolfo ?Fofo? Hernandez who has a record of 24 knockouts in 26 wins with 5 losses and 1 draw.

It will also feature interviews with Nietes and Pagara as well as Donaire and his father / trainer ?Dodong? Donaire Sr.

Nietes, Donaire and Pagara have looked terrific in training and have vowed to give boxing fans an action-packed evening in one of the biggest fight cards in years in a partnership between the famed ALA Promotions and the giant broadcast network ABS-CBN.
