Undefeated fighter Albert Pagara will clash anew with another dangerous Mexican fighter Rodolfo Hernandez on Saturday, March 28, 2015 in the 30th edition of Pinoy Pride at the Araneta Coliseum, Quezon City.

Sporting 26 wins with 24 of them by knockouts, Hernandez will try to wrest the Intercontinental Boxing Federation international superbantamweight title from the ALA Gym standout in the undercard of the Donnie Nietes-Gilbert Parra WBO light-flyweight world title fight and Nonito Donaire-William Prado NABF superbantamweight championship in the event called D-Day.
Hernandez who is a 28-year-old boxer from Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico has 5 defeats, the latest 4 losses were via knockouts. He won his last fight by a 1st round TKO against another Mexican Mario Briones.

Nicknamed "Fofo," the challenger lost to Jesus Santillan by a 2nd round KO, and to Aaron Bobadilla by 5th round TKO, all were also Mexicans.
Hernandez however has a slight advantage in KO win percentage at 72.73% compared to Pagara's 68.18% according to boxrec.com.
Pagara had fought 22 fights all of them wins with 15 KO's for a total of 96 rounds. While Hernandez had a fewer 93 rounds boxed atop the ring. This will be the first time that the visiting boxer will fight outside Mexico.
"I will give my all in this fight. Hernandez is a dangerous fighter," said the Maasin City champ. "I will do my best to stop him for my countrymen."

The 21-year-old Pagara is slated to train in California together with brother Jason for bigger international clashes ahead. But he must hurdle first "Fofo" whose name in internet slang means "fortyfour caliber gun."
Prince Albert is the No. 1 superbantamweight boxer in the Philippines as rated by BoxRec and No. 9 in the whole world by The Ring. He battered his most formidable foe so far Raul Hirales of Mexico in a lopsided win in Pinoy Pride 28 in Cebu City.
Pagara together with fellow ALA boxers Nietes and Milan Milendo guested in the popular Sunday night television show "Gandang Gabi Vice" with gay comedian host Vice Ganda. Albert showed his talent in singing and sense of humor during the interviews. He showed his showbiz potential aside from being a world caliber fighter.
