Indonesia?s Ricky Manufoe came in four pounds over the limit for his super flyweight clash with Philippine flyweight champion Ardin Diale and will be forced to wear ten ounce gloves for his ten round bout at the Olivarez Sports Complex in Barangay San Dionisio, Paranaque on Tuesday.

Diale tipped the scales at 114 pounds that was the stipulated weight for the bout which will be Diale?s third fight since October 4 when he scored a 4th round TKO in a Philippine flyweight title defense against young Renerio Arizala in an exciting bout in Taal, Batangas and followed it up with a 10th round TKO over Jenie Boy Boca last November 8.

Diale has been working out at the gym of Dr. Rajan Yraola and served as one of the soaring partners of former IBF junior flyweight champion Johnreil Casimero who is scheduled to face Mexico?s Armando ?Cobra? Santos in a title eliminator for a crack at the flyweight title currently held by Thailand?s Amnat Ruenroeng on December 13 in Mexico.

Diale who is 26, has a record of 25-9-3 with 12 knockouts while Manufoe who is one year older, has a record of 23-21-2 with 10 knockouts.

In the main event on the United Boxing International Promotions card of Edgar De Castro and Ryuta Kato, Warlito Parrenas will defend his WBO Oriental super flyweight crown against another Indonesian, Hengky Baransano who is coming off a 4th round knockout over countryman Dedy Junior last December.

Baransano has a record of 11-34 with 4 knockouts while Parrenas who also fights under the name Wars Katsumata sports a record of 20-6 with 17 knockouts and is a skilled boxer who works behind a snappy jab and outs solid combinations together.

In his last fight Parrenas won a 12 round unanimous decision over Indonesia?s resilient Espinos Sabu to win the WBO Oriental junior bantamweight title on October 4 in Taal, Batangas.
In what promises to be an exciting bout, WBY Youth super flyweight champion Rene Dacquel of the United Boxing Gym in Malata, Manila makes the first defense of his title against unbeaten Jhalel Payao of the well=known Omega Boxing Gym in Cebu who has an unblemished record of 10-0 mwith 6 knockouts to his name and is expected to give Dacquel the fight of his life.

The 23 year old Dacquel won the title with an 8th round knockout of Menard Abila to win the vacant WBC Youth title last October 4.
Dacquel came in at the limit of 115 pounds at the official weight-in at the Games and Amusements Board on Monday while Payao tipped the scales one pound below the limit at 114 pounds.
In a clash of talented flyweights over ten rounds, undefeated Richard Claveras who has a record of 10-0-2 with all ten wins coming by way of knockouts battles veteran Rodel Tejares who has a record of 20-30-6 with 5 knockouts.
