
Suarez supports two former teammates in Boxing Revolution II

ASIAN Games silver medalist Charly Suarez is giving his moral support to his former teammates Jaime Quitoriano and Ryan Lumacad, who are both seeing action in the undercard of the Boxing Revolution II slated this Saturday, Oct. 11 at the Almendras gym in Davao City.
"Pinadala ni Charly ang kanyang good luck sa kanyang mga dating teammates na sina Quitoriano at Lumacad. Sana manalo raw sila parehong dalawa," said event coordinator Soc Pinol.
Suarez, 26, who lost by a split decision to Otgondalai Dorjnyambu of Mongolia Friday in the 2014 Asian Games is a former teammate of Quitoriano and Lumacad in the Panabo City Boxing Team.
Quitoriano will be fighting Melchor Abcede of Cebu (6 rds.-115 lbs.) while Lumacad takes on Robert Awitin of Cebu (6 rds.- 115 lbs.).
Both Quitoriano and Lumacad are now under the Sonshine Sports Management. They are currently training with trainer Dante Lerio at the MP Boxing Gym in Toril.
Also pitted in the undercard are Lorenzo Villanueva of Cotabato vs. Godwen Tubigon of Cebu (10 rds. -130 lbs.), Rolando Magbanua of Cotabato vs. Joel Escol of Saranggani (10 rds.- 126 lbs.), Roberto Udtuhan of Baguio City vs. Renz llagas of Butuan (8 rds.- 118 lbs.), Romel Asenjo of Cotabato vs. Richard Rosales of Bohol (8 rds.- 107 lbs.), Jilberto Gomera of Gen. Santos City vs. Ryan Quimbo of Cebu (8 rds.- 118 lbs.), Jake Bornea of Cotabato vs. Renan Villaflor of Cebu (8 rds.- 112 lbs.), Roskie Cristobal of Cotabato vs. Rolly Llino of Cebu (6 rds.- 135 lbs.), Michael Bravo of Cotabato, vs. Saddam Barambangan of Gensan (6 rds.- 109 lbs.) and Jade Borneo of Cotabato vs. Macmac Baribar of Cebu (4 rds.- 112 lbs.). ?
