LOS ANGELES (DEC. 14, 2025) – Noel Mikaelian (28-3, 12 KOs) was crowned the new WBC Cruiserweight World Champion after a highly anticipated rematch against Badou Jack (29-4-3, 17 KOs).
Presented by Bash Boxing and 555 Media, Championing Mental Health’s CMH 2: Rematch Season’s main event featured a world title showdown between Mikaelian and Jack following their tightly contested outing earlier this year. In a 12-round championship tilt, Mikaelian controlled the fight through his demanding jab and high paced offense, earning a unanimous decision victory.
In the co-featured bout of the night, San Diego’s Jonny Mansour (6-0, 2 KOs) extended his perfect record against Mexico’s Marco Antonio Jaurez (12-10-3, 5 KOs). Following a flashy ring entrance from a Rolls-Royce, Mansour dominated in his third outing of 2025. Utilizing his range and impressive speed advantage, Mansour dedicated his unanimous decision victory to his mother, who tragicially passed away this past May.
Miami-born knockout artist Robert Daniels Jr. (9-2, 8 KOs) returned to the win column after delivering a devasting first round knockout over outdoorsman influencer Tristan Hamm (1-3, 1 KO). In a cruiserweight affair following an intense face-off at yesterday’s ceremonial weigh-ins, Daniels Jr. pressured Yukon Territory, Cananda’s Hamm into the corner, extending his knockout count to an impressive eight.
In a rematch nearly one year in the making, Coachella Valley, Calif.’s Brook Sibrian (9-2, 4 KOs) squared off against Los Angeles native Gloria Munguilla (8-3) for the vacant WBC International Light Flyweight Championship. In their first meeting last January, Munguilla pushed the pace against Sibrian, emerging victorious after a five round battle. Tonight, the 32-year-old Sibrian met Munguilla in the center of the ring to register a majority decision victory, becoming the WBC International Light Flyweight Champion.
Kicking off the action on the main card, Mansour’s cousin and highly touted amateur turned pro, Julius Ballo (2-0) protected his undefeated record in his sophomore outing as a professionl against Nicaragua’s Juan Centeno (10-25-4, 2 KOs). Boasting a staggering amateur record of 52-8, Ballo has proven to be one of the most exciting young rising fighters. Going up two weightclasses to take on Centeno, Ballo showcased an aggressive style to secure a fourth round knockdown via body shot and the unanimous decision victory.
Prior to the main event, Las Vegas’ Adrian Boler (5-0, 3 KOs) defeated Oxnard, Calif. native Benji Gomez (1-6) via unanimous decision (40-32, 39-33, 40-32). Meanwhile, Sasha Saldana (2-0) bested Vana Medrano Yanez (0-2-1) via unanimous decision (39-36, 40-35, 40-35). In the first rematch of the evening, Costa Mesa, Calif.’s Hayley Jordan (1-1) redeemed herself against Chantal Sumrall (1-3-1) (40-36, 40-36, 39-37).
Following the superb main card, Devi Davitan (5-0, 3 KOs) pitched a shut out against Lorenzo Vasquez (2-1, 2 KOs) (60-54, 60-54, 60-54), while undefeated Samvel Gandillian (8-0, 3 KOs) turned in another unanimous decision victory against Roberto Pucheta (14-28-3, 8 KOs) (60-54, 58-55, 60-53). In addition, Angel Lozano(8-0, 6 KOs) scored a sixth round knockout victory over Mario Hernandez (2-3-1), which was then followed by Isaac Anguiano (10-1-1, 4 KOs) defeating Fernando Bahena (5-3-1, 2 KOs). Lastly, Sergio Herrara (8-9, 4 KOs) handed Jose Vargas Quintana (9-1, 7 KOs) his first defeat of his career.

WBC WORLD CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP - 12 ROUNDS
Noel Mikaelian (28-3, 12 KOs) defeated Badou Jack (29-4-3, 17 KOs) via unanimous decision
Scorecards: 116-110, 116-110, 115-111
Mikaelian: “We corrected the decision. This time I was able to get my hand raised.”
“He [Badou Jack] gets down and dirty. He was pushing with his head and the referee wasn’t saying anything. He was also holding my hand. I had to adapt. I am a very composed fighter. My goal is never to get emotional inside the ring, but sometimes you have to let the dog out.”
“The atmosphere was unmatched. It felt like home having so many Armenian fans in attendance. I’m so proud I was able to get this win in front of them. I am proud to represent the importance of mental health on this stage. It means a lot to me because of all the challenges I’ve faced in my career.”
Jack: “This was not my best outing but there are no excuses. He was the better man tonight, dirty or not. I thought I had a good camp, even better than my last one, but I guess he had a good camp too.”
“I don’t have anything to prove in the fight game. I’ve accomplished everything. I love to fight, so we’ll see what’s next.
LIGHTWEIGHT BOUT - 6 ROUNDS
Jonny Mansour (6-0, 2 KOs) defeated Marco Antonio Jaurez (12-10-3, 5 KOs) via unanimous decision
Scorecards: 60-54, 60-54, 60-54
Mansour: “I was at the cementary the other day, paying tribute to her. I wanted to give her just one more hug and kiss. Tomorrow isn’t promised for anyone. I surround myself with people I truly love. Everyone wants to make money and be successful, but you will be remembered how you loved your loved ones.”
“I was having fun in there tonight. He had a great chin. I was catching him with good shots but sometimes you’re in the ring with tough guys who aren’t going anywhere. I was doing what I love in there which is letting my hands go and putting together combinations.”
CRUISERWEIGHT - 4 ROUNDS
Robert Daniels Jr. (9-2, 8 KOs) defeated Tristan Hamm (1-3, 1 KO) via first round knockout (2:24)
VACANT WBC INTERNATIONAL LIGHT FLYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP - 10 ROUNDS
Brook Sibrian (9-2, 4 KOs) defeated Gloria Munguilla (8-3) via majority decision
Scorecards: 97-93, 96-94, 95-95
Sibrian: “I feel like I have this weight lifted off my shoulders. This is not just months’ of work paying off. This all started when I loss to her via decision earlier this year. It’s been a beautiful journey and I’m so happy I’m ending the year on a high note. We didn’t just envision this, we worked for it.”
LIGHTWEIGHT BOUT- 6 ROUNDS
Julius Ballo (2-0) defeated Juan Centeno (10-25-4, 2 KOs) via unanimous decision
Scorecards: 60-53, 60-53, 60-53
Ballo: “I’m so proud of myself and my team. My opponent had 40 professional fights. This was my second. I was able to go in there and handle business. It’s important to keep having my opposition step up and I think tonight was a testament to that. I’m just starting my professional career but I’ve been fighting for a long time so I have experience to fall back on.”
“I could’ve sat down on my shots more. Scoring that knockdown in the fourth round proved that I have the strength and power to deliver those shots. Regardless, I’m happy I was able to stay composed.”
On fighting on the same card as his cousin Jonny Mansour “It’s a blessing. We have all of our support system here including our family and friends. It’s our job to make them proud.”
