Superstar Manny Pacquiao started his training today with five rounds of shadow-boxing, sharing the ring with WBC Youth superbantam king Bernabe Concepcion.
Pacman then banged away at the mitts for eleven rounds with Justin Fortune holding, followed by two rounds at the light bag, two rounds hitting the double-end bag, but Pacman asked for one more round making it three.
This was followed by ten minutes on the speedball, twelve minutes skipping rope, then five rounds of shadow-boxing before momentarily stopping for a short prayer on top of the ring.
A series of abdominal exercises capped off the day for a total of two hours and 45 minutes in the gym.
This was followed by fifteen minutes of autograph-signing, before the best part--a stop at the nearby Thai restaurant.
