There will be a Game Seven do-or-die game in the Philippine Basketball Association Governors' Cup Finals today Friday. The series is now tied up at three wins apiece.

Elijah Millsap led the Petron Blaze Boosters in the fourth quarter enroute to a 99-88 victory over the San Mig Coffee Mixers in Game Six last Wednesday at the SMART-Araneta Coliseum. He finished with a game-high 30 points and scored nine straight points to lift Petron to a championship-tying victory.

Rookie center June Mar Fajardo dominated the paint with 21 points and 14 rebounds, while season MVP Arwind Santos contributed 12 points, six rebounds, and six assists.

Alex Cabagnot scored 12 points and dished out six assists while Chris Lutz added 11 for the Boosters, who rallied 13-2 in the endgame.

?It?s a Game 7 of the Finals. It?s a dream for every player and a coach to be in a situation like this,? said rookie Petron coach Gee Abanilla as quoted by Inquirer Sports.

It was an exciting series that goes to a decisive winner-take-all seventh game.

In Game One, the Boosters rained three-pointers in the fourth quarter for a convincing 100-84 victory as Millsap scored his third triple-double with 35 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists, while five other teammates also shared scores in double figures.

In Game Two, the Mixers escaped to a 100-93 victory to tie their series at one win each as Best Import awardee Marqus Blakely led the San Mig assault with 23 points, 16 rebounds and six assists.

In Game Three, Millsap played the point guard position with Alex Cabagnot sidelined with injuries and Petron resurrected its deadly form to subdue San Mig Coffee, 90-68, to gain the two-game-to-one lead.

In Game Four the Mixers survived a fourth quarter collapse when they almost lost their 28-point advantage in edging the Boosters, 88-86, and tying the series at 2-2. Free throw conversions by Mark Barroca, PJ Simon and Alex Mallari were lifted the team to a crucial endgame and stopped the Boosters in what could have been one of the biggest comebacks in Finals history.

In Game Five the Coffee Mixers grabbed a 114-103 win as Barroca emerged the hero as he scored 22 points and handed out 10 assists. Best Import Marqus Blakely poured in 30 points, hauled 15 rebounds and dished out seven assists as James Yap, PJ Simon and Yancy de Ocampo also finished in double digit scores.
