MOSLEY TO TRAIN OSCAR DE LA HOYA?

Jack Mosley, the father of former world champion Sugar Shane Mosley, has announced to the press that he is available to call the shots as trainer to Oscar De la Hoya for his upcoming May 5 duel against Floyd Mayweather Jr, an event so big that it might break all pay-per-view records in boxing history.

De la Hoya's current trainer Floyd Mayweather Sr might be out of the running as it is his son whom Oscar will try to knock out on the May 5 event provided that Lil Floyd will choose to be a man and fight, instead of using what fans call a 'boring' style of hit and run.

The celebrated trainer Freddie Roach, in an interview with Philboxing.com last week, also hinted that as much as he loves to work with the Golden Boy, he might not have the time needed to train such a mega athlete like De la Hoya, easily the world's most charismatic and popular fighter, as he will be busy training his other ward Manny Pacquiao.
