Both OPBF lightweight champ Randy 'Komong Bato' Suico and RP bantamweight champion Michael Domingo are set to ply their trade in Japan when they clash with separate opponents next month in Tokyo.

Domingo, the country's 118-lb champion, will face Japanese Kazuyuki Ichikawa in a 10-round non-title bout at Tokyo's Korakuen Hall on January 13.

Domingo, who hails from Libac, Sultan Kudarat, is coming off a hard-earned majority decision over Baguio's Edgar Gabejan in a titular defense last December 8.

The Domingo-Ichikawa showdown is one of the undercard bouts to the Malcolm Tunacao-Rolly Matsushita OPBF bantamweight showdown.

A week later, OPBF lightweight champ Randy Suico figures in a non-title bout against a soon-to-be-announced foe on January 20 also at the Korakuen Hall.

Suico is currently in Japan serving as chief sparmate to WBA super-featherweight king Edwin Valero, one of the few names being floated around as possible foes for superstar Manny Pacquiao.

The hard-punching Valero, a Venezuelan now living in Japan, will defend his WBA title against Mexican Michael Lozada on January 3 also in Tokyo.
