Domingo Retains RP Bantam Crown!

Philippine bantamweight champion Michael Domingo retained his title with a harder-than-expected majority decision over tough-as-nails Edgar Gabejan in the mainer of last night's 'Pound for Pound' card in Talisay City.
Domingo started strong in the fight, but wilted in the middle rounds as Gabejan rallied before Domingo somehow recovered just in time to eke out a 115-113, 115-113, 114-114 win to retain his 118-lb national title.
