TAMPA, FLORIDA--Brazilian Giovanni Andrade hit town just a few minutes ago, and immediately checked in at the plush Hyatt Regency Tampa where Filipino Rey 'Boom Boom' Bautista is also staying.

Bautista versus Andrade takes place in this Saturday's card, dubbed 'The Heat Is On' promoted by Oscar De la Hoya's Golden Boy Promotions.

Andrade arrived at the hotel with trainer Murilo Lima. In an interview, the Brazilian bomber said he has not seen Bautista fight on tape, but indicated he is coming with everything and ready to rumble with the Candijay, Bohol native.

Andrade, however, said he has high respect for Filipino fighters, and informed that he is a good friend of former world champion Luisito Espinosa, whom he describes as a 'nice person and great fighter.'

Bautista, however, will have none of the niceties when he bangs leathers with Andrade.
