Philippine Representative Manny Pacquiao will make his seventh appearance on the documentary series when HBO's 24/7 Pacquiao-Marquez 4 starts on November 17 to feature his fourth meeting against topnotch Mexican boxer Juan Manuel Marquez.

Pacquiao, eight-division champion, who has now a professional record of 54-4-2 with 38 knockouts and Marquez, four-division title-winner, with a slate of 54-6-2 with 39 KOs will face each other again on HBO pay-per-view on December 8 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

24/7 is an American reality television series created by HBO that attributes sportsmen and sporting organizations, especially boxing, for a period of weeks leading up to a major sporting event. The show premiered with episodes featuring two boxers as they prepare for their upcoming boxing match against each another.

The episodes will boost pay-per-view ratings during the actual fight because it is part of the marketing strategy. The name ?24/7? alone implies the film looks into the life of the two boxers, their routine 24 hours a day seven days a week. Although some critics said they have seen the fighting and personal encounters of Pacquiao featured numerous times already on the same HBO program. But every installment characterizes a new page in the life of the Filipino ring icon.

24/7 which began in 2007 is the most-honored sports series on TV over the past five years, earning 16 Sports Emmys. The St. Petersburg Times has noted, ?The best sports reality show on television is HBO?s 24/7,? reported ESPN. This will be the 16th boxing edition of the multi-awarded sports documentary.

Previous Pacquiao fights with 24/7 documentaries were against Oscar de la Hoya (2008), Ricky Hatton (2009), Miguel Cotto (2009), Antonio Margarito (2010), Juan Manuel Marquez III (2011), and Timothy Bradley (2012).

Marquez will be only on his third 24/7 series after his fights with Floyd Mayweather (2009) and Pacquiao III (2011).

As quoted by boxingscene.com, HBO executive producer Rick Bernstein cited: ?The intensity of this eight-year rivalry will be a great jumping off point for our all-new edition of 24/7. We are eager to follow both teams in the build-up to the fourth chapter. Episode one will be dedicated to revisiting their first three bouts, 2004, 2008 and 2011, with a documentary-style production.?

The other episodes will be shown on respectively on November 24, December 1 and December 7, the night before the highly anticipated welterweight bout. All four episodes will be replayed on dates to be announced by HBO.

24/7 series will show behind-the-scene preparations of the two renowned future Hall-of-Famers including exclusive interviews embracing their personal life. Pacquiao?s involvement in politics and religion apart from his profession will be featured again. But the center of attraction will be his preparation with trusted trainer Freddie Roach at the Wild Card Boxing Club in Hollywood. Marquez will be again with his famous coach Nacho Beristain in familiar settings in Mexico City.
