The final list of officials who will work on the third bout between Manny Pacquiao and Erik Morales has been released to this writer yesterday by the Mexico-based World Boxing Council.

Veteran referee Vic Drakulich of Nevada will be the referee for the fight, while judges are Guido Cavalieri (Italy), Glenn Towbridge (Nevada), and Doug Tucker (Nevada).

The Pacquiao-Morales rubbermatch on November 19, promoted by Top Rank and dubbed the 'Grand Finale' is one of this year's most anticipated boxing events, and a possible Fight of the Year candidate.

Among the most recent high-profile fights refereed by Drakulich this year include the Jorge Barrios-Joan Guzman WBO bout and Eagle Kyowa-Rodel Mayol WBC fight, as well as the Oscar De la Hoya-Felix Sturm middleweight bout, De la Hoya-Javier Castillejo rumble, De la Hoya-Yori Boy Campas fight, Erik Morales-Carlos Hernandez and Erik Morales-Jesus Chavez scorchers.

Both Pacquiao and Morales are currently training at their respective camps in Los Angeles and Mexico, and are expected to hit Las Vegas a week prior to their 12-round war.
