Boxing man Michael Koncz who has helped arrange some big fights for Intercontinental Super Featherweight champion Bobby Pacquiao says the younger brother of Filipino ring idol Manny Pacquiao will definitely fight Robbie "Bomber" Peden although no definite date has been set as yet.

In an overseas telephone conversation with Viva Sports/Manila Standard Today, Koncz said Top Rank's Bob Arum who is Bobby Pacquiao's promoter is negotiating with Goosen-Tudor, Peden's promoter. Koncz said "they got 30 days to come up with something and if they don't it will go to a purse bid."

Koncz said he had met with Top Rank officials who informed him that they plan to stage the fight at the newly opened Wynn casino in Macau.

Pacquiao who is coming off a fourth round KO over former WBC and WBU featherweight champion Kevin Kelley last June 10 has won three crucial fights in the US and is ranked No. 4 in the world by the WBC and No. 5 by the IBF. He earlier beat IBF champion Carlos "Famoso" Hernandez in a controversial decision after whipping fancied Carlos Navarro.

Pacquiao has a record of 27-11-3 with 12 knockouts while Peden who lost a twelve round decision in a super featherweight title fight against Marco Antonio Barrera last September 17 is 25-3 with 14 KO's.
