Filipino Junmar Dulog, a registered lightweight who moved up to take on New South Wales welterweight champion Anthony Brownlie has scored a stunning 4th round TKO over the champion in a fight card at the Sutherland United Services Club in Sydney.

Harris Mores of the World of Boxing reported that the southpaw Dulog was able to negate Brownlie?s height and reach advantage and landed some big shots to register the upset.

Dulog, a huge underdog dropped Brownlie with a right hook in round two and then sent the NSW champion to the canvas once again in the third with a straight left.

When the bell rang for round four the Filipino charged out of his corner and dropped Brownlie with another left.

Referee Charlie Lucas didn?t even bother to count with the end coming in a mere six seconds into round four of a fight that was scheduled for eight. At the time of the stoppage Dulog was leading 29-26 on the scorecards of all three judges.

The 23 year old Dulog, nicknamed ?Homeboy? broke a run if three straight defeats with the rare win that improved his record to 6-19-2 with 3 knockouts. A native of Surigao City in the Philippines, Dulog has become an Australian citizen.

Brownlie, the 25 year old who had won his last two fights against Filipino Ariel Omongos and Ryan Stinson dropped to 4-4 with one knockout.
