“COLLISION COURSE” PREVIEW ON IBC 13

Viva Sports presents a well-documented preview of the double championship “Collision Course” fight card in the “Battle by the Bay” series of Solar Sports at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday on IBC 13.

The fight card will take place on January 23 at the Cuneta Astrodome in Pasay City.

The show under “The Main Event” banner will feature IBF light flyweight champion Brian Viloria (26-2, 15 KO’s) and WBO minimum weight champion Donnie Nietes (25-1-1, 14 KO’s) who are both headed on a “Collision Course” with Viloria going up against Colombia’s lanky and hard-hitting Carlos Tamara (20-4, 14 KO’s) and Nietes taking on Mexico’s Jesus Silvestre (15-1, 12 KO’s).

Also featured will be lightweight Jimrex Jaca (28-6-3, 13 KO’s) who battles Indonesia’s RamadhanWeiru (13-2-1, 12 KO’s) in a battle of heavy hitting southpaws and Philippine lightweight champion, 17 year old Jason Pagara (20-1, 10 KO’s) who clashes with another Indonesian, Eddy Comaro (22-6-5, 8 KO’s).

Interviews with Viloria and Nietes and Viloria’s girlfriend Erika Navarro will spice up the show which will also include footage of previous fights of Viloria, Tamara and Nietes courtesy of Solar Sports as well highlights of fights of Nietes and Pagara as well as training footage shot at the famed ALA Gym in Cebu.
