The Jaro International Promotion, in cooperation with the Provincial Government of Rizal through Gov. Junjun Ynarez III and Mayor Boyet Ynares proudly presents "Tuloy ang Laban, Tuloy ang Buhay" tonight at the Ynares Plaza in Binangonan, Rizal.
The main event, according to promoter Aljoe Jaro, features WBC International miniflyweight champ Denver Cuello against challenger Mating Kilakil of Baguio City.
"We would have wanted to get a Thai to face Cuello, but we didn't want somebody to be blasted out in the very first round, so we got the tough Mating Kilakil," said Jaro.
Cuello (17-2-5, 8 KO's) will be defending his title for the first time. He took the crown with a fourth-round TKO victory over Japanese Hiroshi Matsumoto at the Araneta Coliseum on April 19.
Kilakil (12-2-4, 4 KO's) is coming off victories over Julius Agcopra and Edwin Tumbaga.
The supporting bout features Leonardo Doronio in a ten-round clash with Rene Bucag.
The rest of the bouts pits Richard Olisa versus Jason Siaton; Jethro Pabustan against Joel Rafols; Dundee Boy Pumar versus Allen Matugas; Dave Baliguat versus Kid Balongcas; Roberto Gonzales against Noel Sungahid; Junan Trinidad versus Christian Avila; Rex Olisa against Arjet Caballes; Benedict Pontines versus Ricky Canonce; Rex Tito vs Crizon Omayao; and Mark Joseph Costa vs Jocel Calantas.
