Farenas to See Action in Pinamungajan, Cebu!

The Philippines' top-rated featherweight Michael Farenas of the Gerry Penalosa-Kosuke Washio Stable is set to see action against Thailand's Boonmee Naronggym in a non-title fight on July 30 in Pinamungajan, Cebu, where superstar Manny Pacquiao traces his roots.
The event is aptly called "Rambulan sa Pinamungajan" and will be presented by the Rex 'Wakee' Salud International and MP Promotions.
If victorious, Farenas has made it known that he wants to challenge the winner of the big July 27 battle between Terdsak Jandaeng and Eric Canoy in Zamboanga City.
In his two most recent fights, Farenas made good account of himself by defeating Baudel Cardenas in Las Vegas and Fermin De los Santos in Mexico.
