Panoncillo.

World Boxing Organization (WBO) vice-president and Asia-Pacific chairman Leon Panoncillo has arrived in the country to supervise the huge 'Collision at the Coliseum' card on Saturday at the New Cebu Coliseum.

The main event will feature the undefeated Ciso 'Kid Terrible' Morales defending his WBO Oriental superbantam title against Thailand's Narongnoi Or Muangklang in a 12-round tiff.

Promoter Sammy Gello-ani, meanwhile, has informed that a press conference will be held tomorrow at the GV Tower Hotel conference hall starting at 10AM. The main event fighters will be on hand for the press conference, as well as Australia-based Ranee Ganoy and Bert Batawang.

Ciso Morales.

Ganoy, who has earned quite a following Down Under due to his string of knockout victories including his win over former IBF superfeatherweight champion Robbie Peden, will be facing a very talented Thai named Sapapetch Sor Sakaorat, a protege of the Diamond Promotions in Thailand.

WBO Oriental light flyweight champ Bert Batawang will see action in a 10-round non-title duel against one-time world title challenger Benjie Sorolla.

Two of Mindanao's brightest prospects, Paul Apolinario and Balweg Bangoyan, go up against Jayson Layson and Phil Angcamor, respectively, as fans get up close to the potential of the two young fighters.

Another fighter to watch is the young 'Marvelous' Marvin Sonsona, who will trade leathers with Jerome Bontog in a six-rounder.

Korea's Jong Hwa-Lee takes on Brian Diano, while Negros fighter Cham Sedillo goes up against IPI's Jerry Pahal.
