THE 14th Leg of the 25 National Milo Marathon 2025 will be held on September 7 at the New City Hall in Tagum City.

“We have not invited schools yet because it is still online,” said local race director Kenneth Sai of Kinetix Sports.

Tagum will be hosting it for the first time after Milo Marathon decided to host the other cities.

Davao has been part of the Milo Marathon in the 80s since during the time of the late race director Victorio Sai [father of Kenneth].

Victorio a.k.a. Vic has been handling the Milo Marathon until 30th year due to his untimely death.

Kenneth Sai took over on the 31st and until the 46th this year.

“Tagum will still have the 42-kilometer, 21K, 10K, 5K and 3K,” Sai.

Sai already paid a courtesy call to Tagum City Mayor Rey Uy.

The Milo Marathon will also be held in Malaybalay [August 17], Subic [Aug. 24], Ormoc [Aug. 31], Odiongan [Sept. 14], Kidapawan [Sept. 21], Sorsogon [Sept. 28], Lucena [Oct. 5], Naga [Oct. 12], Zamboanga [Oct. 19], Kalibo [Oct. 26], Ilagan [Nov. 9], Dagupan [Nov. 16] and Tacloban [Nov. 30].

This year’s Milo Marathon was already held in the eight cities – Vigan, Lapu-Lapu, Pasay, Tanauan, Dumaguete, Iligan, Butuan, Surigao and Clark.

“The National Finals will be held on December 7,” said Sai.
