Young guns clash! Defending WBA World Champ Erick Rosa (8-0, 2 KOs) from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, is ready to defend his world title against taller, hard-hitting Japanese rising-star WBA #1 Kyosuke Takami (9-0, 7 KOs).

Promoted by Teiken Promotions, the clash is all set this Wednesday, July 30, in Yokohama, Japan.

For the crucial battle, the 25-year-old Rosa is already in Yokohama with his famous Cuban coach Ismael Salas.

👉 Will the shorter southpaw Rosa out-land the WBA #1 Takami for a successful title defense in Japan?

👉 Or will it be the taller, hard-hitting Kyosuke Takami the one to become “THE NEW?”

WBA #2 AJ PACIONES COULD BE NEXT FOR THE WINNER

Cool thing for Filipino boxing fans: With a little bit of luck, the winner of Rosa vs Takami might defend against Filipino AJ Paciones (11-0, 6 KOs) next.

That’s because whoever wins on Wednesday, it is very likely that Paciones would to become the new world ranked #1. He is currently #2 behind Takami.

In boxing we never know, but if AJ becomes the WBA # 1, it would surely increase his chances. Let’s see if that will happen.

Born in the beautiful Cebu, The Queen City of the South, the 20-year-old AJ Paciones keeps on training hard with his Dad and coach former warrior Do Dong at the Saigon Sports Club in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, wishing father and son all the best!

The 12-round rumble “Rosa vs Takami” is promoted by Teiken Promotions. May the Best Man Win!! 🇯🇵🇩🇴👍🥊
