
Beltran loses by KO in Japan

ANGELO “The Axe Boy” Beltran of Valencia City lost to Japanese Kyonosuke Kameda by a 1st round knockout last December 21, Saturday at the Twin Messe in Shizuoka City, Japan.
The 24-year-old Beltran, who is based in Davao City, suffered his 3rd loss against 10 wins while Kameda improved his record to 15 wins with nine knockouts against three loses and two draws.
Meanwhile, Denmark “Tornado” Quibido of Misamis Oriental also lost to Aoi Yokoyama of Japan by a unanimous decision in the supporting bout.
The 29-year-old Quibido now has seven loses with 13 wins, 4 loses and 2 draws. [Lito delos Reyes]
