DC netters are now ready for BP

THE Davao City lawn tennis team is now ready for the Batang Pinoy set on November 23 to 28 at the Puerto Princesa in Palawan.

They are scheduled to leave on November 20 together with the other athletes and coaches of different sports.

“The team is very organized and we are fully supported by the city government,” said head coach Juanito “Titong” Cansino.

Cansino said that most of his players are rookies.

“I just think positive. The players are rookies from 15 below and 17 below,” said Cansino.


The players are Tristan Jaspon, Kiana Mesa, Errol Daniel Giducos and Edmar Cadinas of Brokenshire, Meynard Matheiu Castillon, Cristine Mesa, Jazzy Reyn Litang of Brokenshire and Rhea Jean Palac.
