PYCC at DNSC in Panabo

THE Philippine Youth Coaching Certificate was held last October 1 to 7 at the DNSC Sports Complex in New Visayas, Panabo City.

A total of 41 participants joined the seminar conducted by Albert Ryan “Abing” Lim, Instructor and Youth Development Officer of the Philippine Football Federation.

Lim was assisted by Rachelle “Ching” delos Reyes, Coaches Education or Tutor last Sunday.

Among the topics were the 5 Pillars of Football Development, 5 Fingers, Coaching Methodology, Communicating with Kids, Child Safeguarding, How to Create a Training Session, Types of Training, PFF Philosophy and Pathway.

Delos Reyes handled the Child Safeguarding and FIFA Football for Schools.

“Theory and practical, mostly basics of football,” said Lim.

The weeklong seminar was hosted by the Davao del Norte Region Football Association headed by its president Renato Cosmod.

The venue was held at the Panabo United Football Club led by Dr. Richard Lobaton with the support of the Davao del Norte State College.

Orlando Football Club of Tagum City had the biggest number of participants with 10.

They were Angelito Trogelio, Avenjun Mahinay, Ronald Aspellaga II, Ercil John Cawaling, Allan Broca, Jason Navales, Rodney Gielo, Raul Bartolome, Lian Labor and Vigor Asuncion.

The others were:
