COACH Emilio Lacanaria Jr. bagged three gold medals while 70-year-old Usman Muloc proved he still got what it takes during the Mindanao Master Track and Field Championship held last September 14 at the UM track oval.

Lacanaria of the Calinan Athletics Warriors ruled the men’s shot put, discus throw and javelin throw for the 60 years old and above category.

Lacanaria was a former track varsity during his college days under the Rizal Memorial College and became the head coach of Holy Cross of Davao College track and field team.
