Lofranco beats Sasan by decision

MINIMUMWEIGHT Arnel Lofrano of Davao City landed more telling blows against Roldan Sasan to win by unanimous decision last July 26, Friday at the Calinan Gym in Davao City.

It was a tough fight as the 20-year-old Lofrano had to dip deeper in order to beat Sasan in 8-rounds. Lofranco beats Sasan by decision.

Lofranco scored his 6th win against one loss with four knockouts while the 25-year-old Sasan suffered his 5th loss against eight wins and one draw.

Meanwhile, bantamweight Jelo Bacalso of Digos City scored on points to trounce Mike Kinaadman of Iligan City by a majority decision in 6-rounds.

It was Bacalso’s third straight win for 2024. He now has six wins against five losses and two draws.

Undefeated Crisaldy Beltran of Valencia City continued his winning ways by a unanimous decision against Glian John Manlunas.

Mohaleden Kalibo stopped Angeloto Villafranca in the 2nd round while Claire Villarosa outboxed Cristian Dave Presores in his debut.

Justine Firmo Aligato of RingMaster Boxing Promotions promoted the boxing card while Rodel Garde was the matchmaker.
