Samal, Davao are early entries in Kadayawan Pickleball Championship

THERE are early entries for the 1st Kadayawan sa Dabaw Pickleball Championship 2024 set on August 3 to 6 at the Matina Town Square in Matina, Davao City.

They are Bobot Alga, Eurize Tanucan, Ray Anthony Byrd, JR Ajero and Lordrenz Cab from Davao City.

Representing the Island Garden City of Samal are Jan Robert Nobleza and Christian Fel Lopez.

“They will compete in the men and women’s singles and men and women’s doubles,” said tournament director Juanito “Titong” Cansino.

Cash prizes and trophies will be given away to champions and runners-up.

Registration fee is P1,000 per entry. Deadline is August 1.

This is open to everybody, no club or membership needed.

Participants are required to register by texting its full name, categories then send to Cansino Fb Messenger together with the screenshot of GCash proof of payment [GCash no. 09260482388 Merlie Cansino].

This is held in coordination with the Davao City Sports Development Division and the Aktibo Dabawenyo.
