BANGKOK, Thailand – Filipina former 3-time world title challenger Jessebelle Pagaduan of beautiful Baguio battles once again behind enemy lines, taking on tough Thai warrior woman Pimchanok Thepjanda in a tough, important rumble for the vacant WBC Asia Flyweight belt.

Jessebelle's 10-rounder Asian title clash is one of the main fights in "The Contender" the exciting 16-bout pro boxing event promoted by Supanat Chanram and Brico Santig of Highland Boxing Promotions on Thursday, June 27, at the luxurious SpacePlus Night Club here in Bangkok, Thailand.

The ever-smiling Jessebelle (13-2-1, 5 KO's), born in Buguias, Benguet Province, aims to reignite her boxing career after a hard-fought win by points last March in Bangkok.

That one was Jessebelle's successful come back fight after being stopped in her world title attempt by then world champ Tenkai Tsunami (32-13-1, 19 KO's) four years ago in Japan.

A win over the tough 20-year-old Pimchanok Thepjanda of the Singmanasak Gym would get Jessebelle back in the map in the hot flyweight division.

Jessebelle would not only be taking home the brand-new Asian champion belt but she might as well be earning a place in the WBC female 112-Lbs world rankings.

Could Jessebelle get all that?

Fans outside Thailand may watch the LIVE event for free from the YouTube channel or the Facebook page of Highland Boxing Promotions.

Billed as "The Contender," the action show at the SpacePlus Night Club in Bangkok starts at 2 pm Thailand Time (3 pm Philippines Time)

May the best Woman Win!
