DDGM’s Cup Open at Don Paco Rocamora Golf in Mati

DAVAO CITY -- The 2024 District Deputy Grand Master or DDGM’s Open golf tournament will be held on April 11 to 13 at the Don Paco Rocamora Golf and Country Club in Dahican, Mati City.

“It’s a MaTEE for A Cause,” said Carlos Sievert, information officer of SECDEA Management and Development Corporation.

It’s a three-day tournament, with one day to play and a System 36-format, 72 player maximum per day.

The shotgun starts at 6:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. with a maximum of 36 players. Giveaway per one entry and loot snack per player.

Registration fee is P3.500 while caddie fee is P700 which includes golf cart sharing.

The categories are the men’s open Class A, B and C, Senior and Ladies. Prizes will be awarded for the over-all gross and net champions, Class A, B and C gross and net champion, 1st and 2nd runners-up.

The hole-in-one prize is a brand new golf cart plus lots of exciting prizes to be raffled off.

It is organized by the Masonic District Region XI composed of Davao Oriental, Davao del Norte and Davao del Oro.

It is in cooperation with the Agila Shriners Mt. Hamiguitan [Davao Oriental] Chapter, Green Jacket Golf Club-Veterans Quezon City, Dr. Resuldo Malintad Mati Chapter No. 117 Order of DeMolay, Job’s Daughters International Bethel Tagum UD and Sports Foundation of St. Andrew.

The beneficiaries are burned and crippled children, cleft lip/cleft palate and district community and environmental program projects.
