Waifu Downhill Series Race on March 17 in Catigan

DAVAO CITY – The much-awaited 87th Araw ng Dabaw Waifu Downhill Series Championship Race will be held on March 17 in Toril.
“This is the last leg of the championship series,” said Steve Trino, part of the organizers.
The 1st leg was staged at Tambayan sa Bukid followed by 2nd leg at Kablon, Tupi in South Cotabato.
“The 3rd leg and finals will be held back at Tambayan,” said Trino.
It will start at 7 a.m. from the Tambayan sa Bukid in Sitio Bualan, Barangay Catigam and will end at the Nestfarms, Luntian Parking Area, Marapangi, Toril.
“We’re expecting 150 riders from different regions of Mindanao,” said Trino.
The categories are 50 above, 40-49, 30-39, 20-29, 15-19, 14 below and Ladies Open.
The awarding will be at Nestfarm at 4 p.m. with cash prizes, medals and trophies at stake.
Organizers Loong Monterola and Arden Lanaza will be present.
