UNDEFEATED Jahzeel “The Technician” Trinidad of Puerto Princesa City will battle with unbeaten Arvin John “The Sniper” Paciones on March 28 at the Spaceplus Bangkok RCA in Bangkok, Thailand.

The 19-year-old Paciones is also a Filipino but he is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

He has seven straight wins with four knockouts while Trinidad has 11 wins with six knockouts.

The much-awaited fight is promoted by promoters Supanat Chanram and Brico Santig of Highland International Boxing Promotions.

The 26-year-old Trinidad had four fights last year all held in the Philippines.

His first fight was a 1st round retirement against Vergilio Silvano last January 30 at Elorde Sports Complex in Paranaque City.

Trinidad then scored a 2nd round technical knockout against John Paul Tabanao last July 10 in Mandaluyong City.

In his 3rd fight, Trinidad won the vacant Philippine Boxing Federation light flyweight title after a 4th round knockout against Roslan Eco last August 5 in Narvacan.

Trinidad then successfully defended his PBF crown by a 1st round TKO over Eldin Guinahon last November 11 in Quezon City.

This will be the first fight for Trinidad in Thailand while the fourth for Paciones.

Paciones, who hails from Cebu, had four bouts last year with two both in Bangkok and Vietnam.

Paciones last won by a unanimous decision over Kitidech Hirunsuk of Thailand last December 28 in Bangkok.
