
Ex-WBC Youth world champ Katiandagho is injured

FORMER World Boxing Council Youth world super lightweight champion Sonny “Pinoy Hearns” Katiandagho has been injured and his fight against undefeated Ali Canega has been cancelled.
The 30-year-old Katiandagho of Glan, Sarangani injured his feet while jogging in Malabon. He was supposed to fight undefeated Ali Canega on March 30 at Bayambang.
“The fight was cancelled because I got injured from running long distance,” said Katiandagho.
He needs to rest for two to three weeks. Katiandagho has a new manager RichDon Landicho and is also being helped by Jesse Bugayong.
He is being trained now coach Boy Dignos under the Legal na Kamao Gym.
Katiandagho recently scored a 6th round technical knockout against Dexter Eraya of Samar last October 23, 2022 in Malabon.
