FORMER Orient and Pacific Boxing Federation (OPBF) light flyweight champion Edward “El Heneral Fighting” Heno of Paranaque City tipped the scales at 115 pounds while undefeated Kevin Jake “KJ” Cataraja of Cebu City was 113 pounds for today's main event in General Santos City.
