Alfante to fight in Thailand

SOUTHPAW Cris Alfante of Zamboanga del Norte will fight Aran Dipaen of Thailand for the vacant IBF Pan Pacific super flyweight title on August 3 at Kiatkririn Fitness & Martial Art in Bang Phli, Thailand.
The 30-year-old Alfante is now already in Thailand with trainer Jun Tomongan.
Alfante (18-9-1, 10KOs) recently won by a 1st round technical knockout against Noel Guliman last April 25, 2022 in San Andres.
Dipaen, on the other hand, recently knocked out Wisitsak Saiwaew in the 3rd round last May 12, 2022 at Kiatkririn Fitness and Martial Art.
He has 13 wins, 3 loses and 13 knockouts.
