UNDEFEATED Usman “Asian Boy” Wazeer of Pakistan will defend his Asian Boxing Federation welterweight title against Ramadhan “Ransom” Weriuw of Indonesia on March 26 at the Habtoor Grand Hotel in Dubai.

The 21-year-old Wazeer defeated Waziri Rosta of Tanzania by a unanimous decision last December 15, 2021 at Cuban Boxing Club in Dubai.

He won the vacant ABF title by stopping Boido Simanjuntak of Indonesia by a technical knockout in the 5th round last October 3, 2020 at the Amir Khan Boxing Hall in Islamabad.

Wazeer, who has six straight wins, then scored a TKO in the 6th round over Carlos Lopez also of Indonesia last December 19, 2020 at the People's Playground in Karachi.

Weriuw, on the other hand, captured the vacant Indonesia Professional Boxing Commission middleweight title by a TKO in the 3rd round over Elly Pangaribuan last July 7, 20, 2019 in Jayapura.

Weriuw (18-13-1, 16KOs), however, lost to Adli Hafidz by a TKO in the 4th round for the vacant WBA Asia South super middleweight title last October 26, 2019 in Singapore.

There will also be three other ABF titles to be contested.

Undefeated Syed “The Destroyer” Muhammad Asif (3-0-0, 2KOs) of Pakistan will defend his ABF bantamweight title against unbeaten Asver Aluman (2-0-1) of Indonesia.
