DAVAO CITY – Top-contender Michael ‘Hot ‘b Spicy’ Dasmariñas and his team arrived in Los Angeles International Airport today (May 31).

Dasmariñas (30-2-1, 20 KO's), who arrived with his coach former world champion Tacy Macalos and Vilma Acosta were fetched by MP Promotions head Sean Gibbons.

“Di ako naka sama baka next pa ako may inaayos pa ako dito sa Manila (I did not go with them, maybe next time I'll fix something here in Manila),” said manager Art Monis.

The Team Dasmariñas was also met by several Filipino fans.
After taking a rest, Dasmariñas immediately went to work by hitting some punching mitts with Macalos.

Dasmariñas said that he has made a plan to make a big upset against undefeated Naoya ‘Monster’ Inoue (20-0, 17 KO's) of Japan on June 19 for the WBA and IBF World bantamweight championship at Virgin Hotel Las Vegas in Nevada.
