Floyd Mayweather Jr., a former five division world champion with a perfect 50-0 with 27 KOs record, is scheduled to face Paul in an exhibition match on February 20, 2021 and the venue is yet to be announced. Former world heavyweight champion Mike Tyson has predicted Floyd Mayweather wil shatter his YouTuber Paul’s face when they clash. Tyson will be back in the ring for another exhibition at the age of 54 probably in the first six months of 2021. His exhibition match with Roy Jones Jr. broke into the top ten US Pay Per Views of all time. It is a sign of what fans would like to see in boxing presently. Tyson vs. Jones Jr. overtook every single PPV since Mayweather vs. McGregor and sold more buys than all non-heavyweight PPV since Terence Crawford vs. Amir Khan, including Manny Pacquiao vs. Keith Thurman. Mayweather believes he has a chance of breaking the 4.6m US PPV buys of their fight with Pacquiao in 2015.

"I know what I know, and I know what I see,” Ortiz said. “What I’m saying, in a sense, is that he will give Floyd trouble. I’m telling you, it’s going to be an interesting fight. I’ve talked to him about Floyd a few times. ... I give him the simple things: ‘Floyd is Floyd, but you’re unstoppable. You’re on another level.’ I strongly believe Floyd will have trouble. Logan can box, and he has power, reach speed, and he can move now."

During his encounter with Ortiz, Mayweather used his hand speed and excellent skills to control in the first three rounds with the judges scoring 30–27, 30–27, 29–28 all for Mayweather. But in the fourth round, Ortiz began his move and with his new found strength connected some few punches. Ortiz then hit Mayweather in the face in what appeared to be a headbutt, causing Referee Joe Cortez to penalize Ortiz for the foul. Ortiz accepted his violation and hugged Mayweather. Cortez signaled for the resumption of the fight.

The fighters touched gloves and Mayweather and Ortiz again hugged Mayweather. Then, with Cortez not looking at Mayweather, and as the fighters separated themselves from the hug, Mayweather punched Ortiz with a left hook. Ortiz was astounded by the punch which hit him to the face when his hands were still down and unable to defend himself. Ortiz fell into the canvas unable to beat Cortez's count. It was a controversial fourth-round knockout win for Mayweather.
