Boxing icon Manny Pacquiao is planning to put up a big event in Cebu City to be headlined by no less than OPBF champion Randy "Komong Bato" Suico and Rodel Mayol.

The event, which will be a co-promotion by Pacquiao and business associate Rex "Wakee" Salud, will be staged either at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel or the New Cebu Coliseum.

In an interview yesterday, Salud said that he is going to pit Suico against a tough Mexican opponent while Mayol takes on conqueror Adrian Hernandez who recently knocked him out in four rounds in Guanajuato, Mexico.

David Rodela, a favorite sparmate of the Pacman, will also see action in the card possibly against RP lightweight champ JR Sollano of the Wakee Salud Stable.

"This will be a big card. We planned to hold it on April 19, but we don't want to put it close to the Dubai event on the 18th. Noli Eala plans to bring Pacquiao to Dubai where fans await him," explained Salud.
